The jdbak platform is a digital platform providing online football betting and casino services for users in Myanmar. This Terms & Conditions document sets out the legal agreement between users of the platform and jdbak. By registering an account, accessing, or using any service on the platform, you are considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms and conditions.

Please take the time to read this agreement. If you disagree with any part of it, you are asked not to continue using the platform. In the event of any dispute, only the version stated in this document will apply.

1 Membership Eligibility

1.1 Age Requirement

You must be 21 or older to use the jdbak platform. If it is found that an account was opened in violation of this requirement, that account may be suspended or closed and all remaining funds may be forfeited.

1.2 One Account Per Person Policy

Each individual is allowed to open only one account at a time. If duplicate accounts are found using the same personal details, IP address, or payment method, those accounts will be removed and any rewards and funds may be forfeited.

1.3 Accurate Information

The name, date of birth, and contact details provided when opening an account must be accurate and complete. If false information is found to have been submitted, the platform may suspend the account and attempt to verify the payments.

2 Account Security Responsibilities

It is the account holder's responsibility to protect their jdbak account credentials. If a third party accesses and plays on your account, those sessions are considered valid by the platform. jdbak is not responsible for any losses that occur because a computer or mobile device was left logged in and unattended without signing out.

3 Deposit — Withdrawal Policy

3.1 Deposits

jdbak supports KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay for deposits. The minimum deposit amount is 20,000 Ks per transaction. Deposits are generally completed almost instantly, but please note that processing times may vary depending on the payment system.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals may take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to complete. This timeframe may vary depending on the payment service provider's response time.

3.3 Identity Verification

The platform may carry out financial transaction checks (KYC), at which point you will be required to submit personal identification documents. Withdrawals may be held until verification is complete.

3.4 Financial Prohibitions

If money laundering, fraud, or illegal payment activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the matter will be handled through legal channels.

4 Bonus and Promotion Policy

4.1 Welcome Bonus

jdbak offers a 200% bonus on your first deposit, up to 100,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 40,000 Ks and your account balance becomes 60,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 40,000 Ks × 25 = 1,000,000 Ks before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

If you deposit 120,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 100,000 Ks and your account balance becomes 220,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount of 100,000 Ks × 25 = 2,500,000 Ks before you can withdraw.

The wagering requirement means you must wager the bonus amount 25 times before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.2 Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer comes with its own specific terms. Please read and follow the terms listed on the relevant offer page.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn as cash, but can be used to play games.
• Each account may claim a bonus only once. If duplicate claiming is detected, the bonus may be revoked.
• Until the wagering requirement is met, remaining bonus funds cannot be withdrawn or refunded.

5 VIP Levels and Cashback Program

jdbak has 5 VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. A player can move up through the levels by playing regularly and building genuine wagers. The weekly cashback rates for each level are —

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

Cashback amounts are reviewed and approved by the platform on a regular basis. Cashback is credited as bonus funds and is subject to its own terms, which differ from those applied to your main balance.

6 Fair Play Policy

6.1 Personal Play

Each player must play their games as an individual. The use of software, bots, automation tools, or any form of interference that violates the terms is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Collusion and Cheating

If the platform detects any attempt to game the wagering requirement using bonus funds (such as placing low-risk bets to work through the wagering requirement), the bonus will be forfeited and the account may be suspended.

6.3 Random Number Generator (RNG)

Games on jdbak — including Slots, Live Casino, Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, Shan Koe Mee, and Crash Games — use RNG (Random Number Generator) technology to ensure fair and unbiased results. The platform conducts regular RNG audits.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jdbak platform —

• Engaging in any activity that violates the laws of Myanmar
• Opening an account using another person's personal information
• Operating an account using software or a bot
• Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities on the platform
• Laundering money or converting funds through unlawful means
• Harassing or disrupting platform staff or other players
• Collusion — players working together to gain an unfair advantage in a game

If any of these prohibitions are found to have been violated, the platform may suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice and forfeit any remaining balance.

8 Personal Data Protection

9 Responsible Gaming and Self-Control
